Welcome to my 'Health Pages'. At the moment in its infancy..... Eventually a compilation of helpful tips and exercises from various sources. These will include Kinesiology of which I am a company director of The Academy of Systematic Kinesiology (TASK Ltd) since 2001, Nature’s Sunshine Products (NSP) who TASK have been using for 18+ years and from ‘My System’ and other books in the series written in the early 1900’s by my Great Grandfather J.P. Muller, which contains information written for today!! The information and techniques in these books need hardly any updating (apart from some interesting non PC comments!). As I fully investigate the books my self I will be adding sections to this site. I will also add things as I come across them from any reputable, worth while source.
